After stumbling in my university entrance exams, I was full of self-doubt. The first time I was able to accept myself was when I discovered programming.

On a bus project in Oyama City, Tochigi, older residents actually used what we built, and I felt that it was not so much a product as the town itself that was changing. Later, working at a large company taught me how much it matters to have an environment where every person can take initiative.

That is why I want to build a company that values ME-ai — where everyone takes ownership and can come to like who they are. We will bring AI, a tool that widens what people can do, to the places it has not yet reached.
